Description: Renovations to the Branding Iron converted an old Italian Restaurant into a unique downtown Casper fast-casual burger bar. This space is comprised of two different buildings, with one half of the space housed under two stories of future lofts. All new features included the full kitchen, poured lightweight concrete floors, food coolers and freezers, full bar equipment, and new finishes everywhere in this eclectic burger spot. The shotgun lot offers both indoor and outdoor seating bridged by overhead garage doors in the front and back. The design and renovation was efficiently accomplished in just 11 months.
